Colleen Anderson Memorial
It was with much sorrow that we learned of Colleen’s passing. She was our next-door neighbor when first we arrived in Boalsburg in 1981. She and her husband, Paul were always there to offer help if needed. We remember many delightful days chatting in our adjoined backyards and watching her grandchildren along with our children growing together. Colleen, Deb and Bill Metzel and their children Abigail and Nathan, who all were about the same age as our family seem to fit well as neighbors and we couldn’t have asked for better. Mary often used Colleen’s sage advice and they spoke often of Mary’s mom in Baltimore and John’s mom in Cleveland. Colleen and Paul remained our only neighbors over the years to still be with us until Colleen’s move to Juniper Village.
We offer our deepest condolences to Deb Metzel and her family.
