It is a very sad time for all of us at First Quality, and our prayers and thoughts are with the O'Neill family. Dan was one of the finest individuals we ever had as part of our First Quality family. He was a truly exceptional human being who brought joy to everyone he met. Dan was known as a passionate professional, with strong integrity, and a continuous improvement process mindset.
