Dan and I were classmates in the PSU Landscape Architecture program. I am so impressed with his stellar career and his legacy! In 1971 I saved an article from the Daily Collegian titled, “Doggie Man has Big Day at Beaver Stadium.” It was all about Dan and his prowess as a hot dog vendor. At the time, the author described Dan perfectly, and I shall fondly remember him in that way.
