I lived across the street from Mr. & Mrs. Toney on Cedar Lane while growing up. They were always nice to me & my family. A very fond memory of Mrs. Toney is when our neighborhood had Christmas caroling & after we all went to their house for food & drinks. After when everyone left, she gave me a kind & loving Christmas message for my family & I. You will be greatly missed Mrs. Toney.
Evelyn and Tony took me as one of their children when I moved to State College in 1993. She taught me many things that I shall remember. Rest In Peace Evelyn. Much love , Rabi Mohtar
