Obituary of Kenneth Ray Williard

Kenneth Ray "Ken" Williard, 72, of State College, died Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at Mount Nittany Medical Center.

Born December 15, 1949, in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Floyd and Mattie Alvena Branch Williard. On October 18, 1975 he married Deborah J. Miller, who survives.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister, Donna Hart of St. Thomas. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Williard.

Ken graduated from Cumberland Valley High School in 1967. He attended Harrisburg Area Community College for Computer Technology. He worked as a Communication Specialist for Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. until his retirement in 2009.

He enjoyed photography, playing the banjo, books, golfing, traveling, and making soup—especially beef barley.
