Sharon and John were crazy about each other. John was amazed at he wonderful person she was. Sharon shone light a bright light. She was bright, determined, and compassionate. She was an excellent encourager. She and John loved both State College and the Outer Banks. John, may the memories of the good times sustain you through these bad times.

Just yesterday, talking with some old timer nurses at Bryn Mawr about the best managers and Sharon's name came up....so I started a search on FB to see if she was still local and saw her obit. I was crushed. I'm so sorry, She made quite an impression on me as a young nurse. She was one of the best!

It's impossible to list just one memory of the thousands I have throughout the many years. Sharon played such a huge role in guiding me throughout my career. She was always behind me and supportive thru all my ups and downs. To say she will be missed does not come close to the massive hole that is left. My heart breaks for you John, John, Andrew, Shawna and Meg. Praying for you all for strength and comfort. Love to you all.
