To the Romancheck Family
My deepest condolences on the loss of your father. I had the pleasure of working with Bob at PPL and during his consulting practice. He was a great friend and a valued colleague. He will be missed by all who knew him.

I worked with Bob for many years when he consulted for the Borough of Quakertown. Bob was smart, humorous, and helpful but above all he was truly a gentleman!
Unfortunately, I lost track of Bob after I retired. I thought of him often (ironically just last week) and was glad to read that he was able to return to State College and his beloved PSU.
Please accept my deepest sympathy on his passing.
