Terry & Pam, I am so sorry to hear of your recent loss. Loss of someone we love is hard but even harder when it is a child. Please remember the good times with Brandon and his wonderful smile. May God comfort and guide you through these hard times. May God give you love and comfort as he takes Brandon into his fold.

Mr. and Mrs. McDonough, I am deeply sorry for your loss. I knew Brandon quite a while ago. We were ornery, but we sure had a lot of laughs. Brandon had the sharpest, quickest wit-and probably the best sense of humor-of anyone I've ever known. He could seize any moment, any situation, and make or find something hilarious about it. You couldn't get a jest or jape past him, either. "Good edgemanship"-a hilarious term he coined to describe his uncanny ability to continuously push me off the side of a building in a fighting game we obsessively played-is a good way to describe his wit and mental reflex: There was no getting around it! With his sense of humor, everything was fun. "Grap, want to go to Wal-Mart?" was getting invited to a stand-up comedy show; everything was material for him. Never a dull moment. He was generous to his friends, too, and had a good heart. The Japanese say that anyone whom loves nature can't be a bad person-Brandon sure loved nature. Even just a few months ago, he was sending me photos of animals. I asked him, "What am I supposed to do with this?" and he replied "I dunno, but I love 'em!" I know he is with the Lord now, so I don't worry about him. I suppose he makes Heaven a more interesting place. I hope that knowing that he was a pretty likeable guy brings you some measure of comfort. Deepest sympathies, Aaron.

I'm so sorry to have heard. I wish we would've gotten a chance to hang out more the last couple of years. He was always a great guy and a fun person to be around. I can remember back in high school getting together at a mutual friends house with his then-girlfriend and a bunch of our other friends and just joking around and having fun. I'm going to miss you, bro.
