Brent and Cindy,
Brent, it's been a long time since our days at The North Club but I always enjoyed your energy and enthusiasm for life. Cindy, My wife, Jessica, enjoyed working with you at Good Day Cafe. Our family is terribly sorry for your loss.
One funny story about David..
About five years ago I was at Lion Heart doing something wimpy like curling 15 lb dumbbells or on the elliptical machine ha ha and in marches this massive guy wearing khakis and a polo shirt. I'm thinking, "Who's that monster and why is he wearing dress clothes in this dirty gym?" He walked right over to the bench press, loaded on over 400 lbs, hammered out a few reps, and walked back out the door. I had never in my life seen someone press so much weight - let alone in business casual! - and the image never left my mind.
Fast forward a couple years and it's Bob Perks 80's Night at the State Theater. After the show I'm at a downtown bar with friends, dressed head to toe in Billy Idol lookalike punk stuff - not a pretty sight. Anyway, there's David at the bar. I walk over, grab his bicep, and say, "You don't know me but I once saw you bench 400+ in a polo shirt and I never forgot it."
He laughed, acted like seeing a middle aged Billy Idol freak was the most normal thing in the world, and we toasted together to "doing the unusual". Calm, cool, and clearly as strong on the inside as he was on the outside.
You are both compassionate, dynamic leaders and, I'm sure, world class parents and grandparents. Jessica and I will do well to serve our families and communities as well as you two have, and David was blessed to have examples like you to follow. Happy Valley is less happy today; we lost our strongman. But we will celebrate Team Pasquinelli and everything your family represents.
With sympathy,
Ben & Jessica Lawrence

Words cannot express how deeply saddened we are for your loss. David was a force, who was so kind, giving, and caring. He was all about having a good time and making sure all around him were having a good time. Our trip to Budapest with David, will forever be our favorite memory with him. We are so lucky to have had that time with him. We will forever treasure that. Thanks David. We will miss you. Condolences to his parents and family. Michelle and Brent, we love you, and are here for you always.❤️

I’m saddened to hear the passing of Dave. I had many fond memories of playing baseball on his team in my teenage years and just the positive person he was to be around. I’ll always remember the antics and humour he brought in school. Dave always treated me with kindness and running into him over the years after highschool he seemed to never change. Great guy and gone too soon. Condolences to his parents and wife and son.

I was heart broken hearing this news. I really haven’t been around Dave since I moved to Colorado after school. I also have a terrible memory, but one thing I will never forget is how Dave and his parents made me feel. The few times I went to his house, I was welcomed and felt their sincere love for people. I have nothing but great memories. I pray healing for Dave’s family and I have no doubt his legacy will impact future generations.
Sending Love-

I am so sorry for your loss. I’ve spent the last two days recounting so many memories about David from our childhood. I could write a book with nothing but our often comical adventures from ages 11-14. Whether it was playing all the various home run derbies, an ill-advised early spring camping trip to the top of the mountain across the street, or a snow shoe clad “mission” in the middle of the night in the neighbors fields, David was always looking for an adventure. That doesn’t even include all the baseball. My heart breaks for Michelle, Brent, Cindy and Brent, and all those who love David. And I miss my friend.
