Obituary of Tracy Jo Lightner

Tracy Jo Lightner, 58, of Pine Grove Mills, passed Saturday, May 28, 2022, in Pennsylvania Furnace.

Born November 21, 1963, in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of Donald Vonada and Bonnie Wood. In addition, she is survived by her stepmother Sandra Chamberlin and preceded in death by stepfather William Wood.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by: one brother, Curtiss Vonada of Howard; two step-siblings, Barb Homan of Aaronsburg, and Terry Chamberlin and his wife Frankie of Milesburg.

She is also survived by her three children, Tania L. Hockenberry and her fiancé Sean Robbins of Harrisburg, James Hockenberry Jr. and his wife Ashley Maire of Huntingdon, and Thomas C. Homan and Stephanie Shultz of Huntingdon.

Tracy is also survived by her seven grandchildren, Jayda Hockenberry (Christian DeJesus), Tae'Lei Wilson, Tatin Hockenberry, Teariny Hockenberry, Andre W. Sprigs, Kyler T. Homan, and Jaxon R. Homan. She also is survived by three great-grandchildren, Jahseh, Eileena, and Milana De Jesus.

Tracy worked as a bus driver for C.A.T.A. Bus and Encompass Health for the Dietary Department.

Visitation will be Friday, June 3, 2022, from 9-11 am at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton Street, State College.

Memorial service will follow at 11 am at the funeral home with the Reverend Carl Campbell officiating.
