I am so incredibly sorry to hear this news. It feels unbelievable. I ran cross-country with Katie in high school. We'd lost touch since then, but I often thought of her over the years -- how beautiful she was, how sweet she was once you spent time with her, how funny, and how she loved candy corn. I'd admire her accomplishments from afar. Gallagher family, I'm thinking of you. I'm so deeply sorry.

Deepest sympathies Gwen and family, we are utterly devastated at the loss of beautiful Katie, myself and my daughter Leah had the pleasure of Katie inviting us to one of her fashion shows in New York, she was part of one of the most amazing experiences of our lives and we are forever grateful, we will always remember her kindness to us, it inspired my daughter to continue in her footsteps in design.
