Obituary of Dianne Rae Palmer Nungesser

Dianne Rae Palmer Nungesser, 92, of State College, died Sunday, April 23, 2023.

Born November 23, 1930, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and the late Bertha (Zephel) Palmer. On September 15, 1951 she married Fred Nungesser, Jr., who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her son, Fred Nungesser, III.

She is survived by 4 children, Raymond Nungesser and his wife, Dorothy, of State College, Michael Nungesser and his wife, Karen, of Dallas, GA, Mark Nungesser and his wife, Kathleen, of Charleston, SC, and Julie Cole and her husband, Michael, of Georgetown, TX; a daughter in law, Cheryl Nungesser, of Lutz, FL; a brother, Jon Palmer and his wife, Ann, of Pittsburgh; 12 grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be held on May 31st at 10 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church, 129 Graham Avenue, Brookville, PA. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Brookville.
