To the Pete Cole family,
I thoroughly enjoyed visiting and getting to know your father. He was a good storyteller. I got a real feel for what it must have been like for him on the destroyer during the Korean War. I read his book 'Korea Remembered'. Writing was one of the things he did very well. We shared common experiences - Eagle Scout, fraternity member in college, similar family histories and academic training. We had faith discussions and communion together. I will miss my visits with him.
