Obituary of Nancy Ann Ritchey

Nancy A. Ritchey, 76, of Port Matilda, died September 23, 2023 at Mount Nittany Medical Center.

Born June 15, 1947, she was the daughter of Joseph and Marletta Ennis. Her husband of 47 years, Bruce Ritchey, survives at home.

She is survived by 2 children, Karrie Diaz of Highspire, PA and Kathryn Ritchey and her husband, Joseph Fraley, of State College; and two granddaughters, Madison and Emily Fraley, of State College. Nancy is also survived by her brothers, William Ennis of State College and Robert Ennis of Montville, NJ and Aunt Margaret "Mocky" Lane Fisher of Sayre, PA.

Nancy was a graduate of North Plainfield High School and settled in State College after attending Penn State. She had retired after working many years as bookkeeper/office manager at Weis Markets and then as front counter associate at Balfurd Cleaners.

She enjoyed reading, puzzles, and the NY Times Crossword, as well as spending time with her family.

At Nancy's request, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
