Obituary of Lois Jane Binney

Lois Jane Binney passed away on February 19, 2024. She was born on December 15, 1928, the daughter of William and Carrie Hodgson and youngest of nine siblings. She married John Binney in 1950, and he preceded her in death in 2017.

Jane lived a life of faith and service. She sang in the church choir, was active in church circle, taught Sunday school, and served on the board of directors of her church in Warren, Pa. She was a dedicated hospital volunteer and co-chaired Warren's hospital charity ball. She served on the board of directors of the Huntingdon County Easter Seal Society and co-chaired numerous events at the Women's Club of Warren. Jane was a loving mother and nana to her children, Jeffrey (Vicki), Jean, Jerrold (Lili) and James (Carol); grandchildren, Kristin (Matthew), Sarah (Michael), Alexandra, Benjamin (Sarah), and Diandra; and great-grandchildren, Ella, Jack, Emily, Madelyn and William.

The family is planning a private service.
