I delivered his newspaper every morning for a couple of years at The Village. Chuck was very polite to me and joined in on a 6am conversation I was having with Connie at the door about a town near Milroy called Naginey. Lovely couple who brightened my day each time I saw them.

My sympathy to all. Chuck was the best Board of Directors President who I experienced in my health organizations career. He and I had a most successful year when we traveled to American Cancer Sociey units throughout Central Penna. as guest speakers. His abilities were recognized on local, state, and national levels as he was hired by the natioal organization. He brought out the best in staff and volunteers alike. He was missed. We are so sorry for this great loss. Charles Naginey was a wonderful man who had such an amazing life, but to me he was simply Uncle Chuck, and I believe in his heart he was also a farmer. I will miss his mischievous smile and of course the infamous “ Wrap it up button “
He will be missed beyond words but we will never forget all the wonderful years we have had him in our lives.
