Obituary of Irene Brouse

Irene Louise Brouse, born on January 5, 1938 in Brisbin, PA to the late Andrew and Anne Susko, passed away at age 74 on Monday, April 2, 2012 at her residence. There will be a pubic burial site service at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 5 at the Boalsburg, PA cemetery for family and friends. Following the service, there will be a gathering for remembrance at the residence. Irene is survived by her husband of 27 years, Donald Brouse of Centre Hall; son Mark Rusnak and his partner Sue Flick of Bellefonte, son James Rusnak of State College, son Timothy Rusnak of State College, son David Rusnak and his wife Pamela of Loughborough, UK and daughter Laura Wicks and her husband Brian of PA Furnace. She is also survived by her sister Mary Timko and her husband Metro; sister Virginia Quick; and eight grandchildren Scott, Mark, Katelyn, Taylor, David, Ali, Zoe, Mia; and a great grandchild, Mila. She was predeceased by four brothers; James Susko, Richard Susko, Leonard Susko and Andrew Susko; and two sisters Juliana Matzie and Dorothy Shelsky. She spent her remaining years enjoying bingo and family gatherings and time with her children and grandchildren, especially around the holidays.
