Mrs. Zorich was so sweet to me. I was a college friend of her son Steve. She was always so gracious and hospitable. Treated me like family. I remember thinking one day, the first time I met her, how does she come home from a full day of teaching school, looking so beautiful and put together, then effortlessly start dinner for her family of four and for me, a visitor. And it was so delicious. I never knew of her trials so early in life. She was truly a wonderful person.
