Obituary of Max Kleinerman

Max Kleinerman, 90, of State College, died Sunday, February 6, 2011, at the Hearthside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born September 9, 1920, in New York City, he was the son of the late Morris and Anna Margolis Kleinerman. On December 7, 1946 he married Roslyn L. Kowaloff, who survives. He is survived by two children, Rebecca Stegall and her husband, Greg, of State College; Joan Bram and her husband, Arty, of Stony Brook, New York; two grandchildren, Paije Davis and her husband Josh, and Mallory Bram; and one great-grandchild, Emily Rose Davis. Max was a graduate of Pershing High School, Brooklyn, N.Y. He was the owner of All Star Films Inc. where he was a Movie Film Tech. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 6, 2011 at New Montefiore Cemetery in Babylon, N.Y., with the Rabbi Stephen Karol officiating.
