Obituary of Bryan Bettleyon

Bryan Edward Bettleyon, 49, of Altoona, died Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at his residence. Born August 1, 1963, in Bellefonte, he was the son of Donald E. and Judith O'Brien Bettleyon, who survive. Also surviving are two sisters, Lauri Sauers of Reedsville and Karen Bettleyon of State College; one nephew, Michael Sauers and his wife, Kristen, of Deerfield Beach, Florida; three great-nieces, Addison, Chloe and Gracie. He was a 1981 graduate of State College Area High School. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Penn State University in 1985. Bryan was an Assistant Buyer for Wolf Furniture Company. He was previously employed as a manager at Hoss's Steak and Sea House. He enjoyed fishing, fantasy football and golfing. Bryan was an avid sports fan, including Penn State and Miami Dolphins football. Visitation will be 1 p.m. until 4 p.m., Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 South Atherton Street, State College. Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Monday, February 25, 2013, at the funeral home, with the Reverend Ann Graves officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hall Cemetery.
