Norma J. Peiffer, 81, of State College, died Friday, September 20, 2013, at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College. Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m., on Monday, September 23, 2013, graveside at Centre County Memorial Park, Benner Pike, State College, with the Reverend Dr. G. Edwin Zeiders and Reverend P. Stevens Lynn officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Koch Funeral Home, 2401 South Atherton Street, State College.
