Obituary of Bernard Haines

Bernard Dean Haines, 49 of State College, PA, passed away peacefully, on the evening of Wednesday, December 4, 2013. He leaves behind a loving family who will miss him greatly. He lives in the memories of his parents, Jim and Alice Haines, his sisters, Christine Haines and Theresa Haines of Los Angeles, his sister, Lisa Matthews, her husband, Bernard and their three children, Altan, Crayton and Amelia, of Rochester, NY and his sister, Brenda Aukerman, her husband, David and their daughter, Alicia of State College and the many friends around the country whose lives he has touched. Bernard aka Bernie was a die-hard Steelers fan who never missed a game. Instead of flowers, please crack a cold beer and raise a glass to his memory. Friends will be received from 1:00 until 3:00 pm, on Sunday, December 8, 2013, at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 South Atherton Street, State College.
