Obituary of Patricia "Trish" Jensen

Patricia "Trish" Graves Jensen, 54, of Reedsville, died February 17, 2014, at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College. Born February 24, 1959, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Herb and Nancy (Greenawalt) Graves, who survive in State College. She is also survived by two sisters, Suzan Graves and her husband, Larry Kruchten, of Middleton, Wisconsin and Cyndee Graves, of State College; a brother, Chip Graves and his partner David Kearney, of San Francisco and two nephews, Philip "Wren Graves" Kruchten and Peter Kruchten. Trish was a 1977 graduate of Orange High School, Pepper Pike, Ohio. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Penn State University in 1983. She was an author of romantic comedies having published fourteen novels. Trish was a passionate animal lover and enjoyed the company of her dog, Cassie. She was also an avid gardener. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 24, 2014 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton St., State College. Memorial service will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Foundation for Mount Nittany Medical Center, 1800 E. Park Avenue, State College, PA 16803.
