Your dad will be greatly missed. I just loved your parents so much. Lou was just the greatest gentleman I have ever known. If there is anything that I can do, please let me know. It broke my heart when I had to tell him good-bye when the office closed.

Jim and I are saddened to learn of Lou's death. We've known him for years and always appreciated him for his wry humor and quiet support. Once he retired, he just was always there, staying in the background, but there. He was one of a kind. We send our sympathy to all of his family.
