Obviously this was a shock and I did not receive info on Jim's passing. He was a wonderful neighbor for both Nancy and me at Dream's Landing, Annapolis, Md. I sailed with him a few times and he was on my small sailboat--Shenandoah on a few occasions. Conversations were always a learning experience on so many topics, religion, farm, sailing, economics, and world problems and issues. I had talked with him by phone only a few months ago and he will be sorely missed indeed. Tim Pohmer
