Homer took me under his wing in the CAC program management office when I first started working at HRB-Singer back in the day, and showed me the program planning ropes. Homer was a great friend and colleague, and will be sorely missed. RIP, buddy.

Our most heartfelt sympathies/condolences to the family. Homer was a good friend & exceptional co-worker & program manager at HRB where we worked side by side daily for several years in the early '90s. Everyone who worked with him always said he was one of the very best !!

I had the good fortune to volunteer with Homer and Helen at the Food Bank. Homer was an incredibly kind and warm human being. He always had a smile on his face.

Homer holds a very space in our hearts at the State College Food Bank! Every Tuesday morning he and Helen would bring in their coffee cups, roll up their sleeves and get to work packing bags for the our clients. We will miss Homer very much. From your Food Bank Family!
