My sincerest prayers, sympathy, and love to you all, especially to Lori Thompson, Emalees"s daughter, and to Gil Thompson. I have sent you personal notes, so I wont say anything more, other than this family has been in my heart for 45 years now, since I was 10 years old. This is my first signing "online' so I hope it reaches you. With Love Always,Betty Ann Austin Titus

To Emalee's Family. I didn't know any of you personally, but I learned about you from Emalee. I met her when I moved to State College in 1987. She helped me look for a house, and when my previous house sale did not happen, she helped me find a rental. Then, 2 years later, helped me find a house, and 9 years after that, helped me to sell it. That all sounds like business transactions, but she rapidly became a trusted friend, and such a joy to know. :) I loved and respected her, her caring ways, and her sense of humor. It was a "God-incidence" that I learned of her passing, and I'm grateful that I did,so I could write to you all & tell you I am keeping you in my prayers. She will be greatly missed by many.
Blessings and God's peace to you all in this time of sadness.

When I think of Emalee, it brings a smile to my face. Her office at KBB was next to mine and we both listened to the same radio station and had many emotional conversations on how we would solve the problems of the world, especially those involving politics. She was a fine, kind hearted person who's company I enjoyed. I will remember KBB Christmas parties where she and Gil would break out in song. Almost everytime I went to a play, I would find Emalee and Gil there, Emalee always smiling, always willing to lend a helping hand. She will be remembered and missed!

Dear Gil and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. May the prayers we send, give you comfort from our Lord, at this sorrowful time. Memories of the two of you singing at the parties on Morlyn Ave. in Coopertown came flooding back. I was so truly blessed to have had the experience of hearing your wife's beautiful voice and laughter, at such a young age. These memories fill me with gladness and sorrow with her passing. Dan

Gil and family - I'm so very sorry for your loss. Emalee was an amazing person and I'm so glad I had the extraordinary opportunity to have her as part of my life during all the years you both volunteered at Eisenhower Auditorium. The next time I hear an angel singing, I know it will be her. Much love to all of you.
