Obituary of Jr. Becker

Samuel I. Becker, Jr., age 78, of Polson, MT, died Thursday, November 13, 2014, in Berea, OH. Born September 18, 1936 in Allentown, he was the son of Louise and Samuel I. Becker, Sr. He married Mary C. Simco, on November 13, 1960, who survives. Samuel is also survived by three children, Michael Becker and wife, Julie of WA, Samuel Becker III and wife Holly, of MT, and Gregory Becker and wife, Andrea, of OH; 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Samuel was a graduate of Allentown High School. He retired as a Forester from the US Department of Agriculture after 25 years of service. He was a member of the Assemble of God Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. Visitation will be from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton Street, State College. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Koch Funeral Home with the Reverend Ann Graves officiating.
