Obituary of Matthew McDermott

Matthew Rote McDermott, infant son of Michael Patrick and Jessica Inez Dills McDermott II, of Centre Hall, was born at 6:12 a.m. on February 16, 2015 and passed away at 12:10 p.m. at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Noah of Centre Hall; grandparents, Richard and Leslie Dills of Port Matilda and Michael and June McDermott I of Pine Grove Mills, great-grandparents, Donald and Georgianna Rote of Boalsburg and great-grandmother, Bernice Dills of State College; one uncle, Nathan Dills of New Jersey; one aunt, Cassandra McDermott of Texas and many great-aunts and uncles. "There is no footprint so small that it does not leave an imprint on this world." Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
