Mr. Rudy was one of my dad's best friends. He was like an uncle to us Kephart kids growing up. I had the privilege of seeing Harold at the Weis Market not too long ago, and we had a nice chat. He was such a nice and caring guy, I hope he's fishin' with my dad and Bill Smiles in Heaven :) My sincere sympathy to his family and loved ones.
