To the Brahosky family,
First of all allow me to offer my condolences on the loss of such a beloved family member. I met Alice 13 years ago when I started working at Mount Nittany Medical Center, still Centre Community Hospital at the time, as a CNA. Just after I started working there, I was assigned to work in the "Joint Program" with her, a task for which I had not yet been specifically trained. I was told, "Don't worry, you're with Alice you'll be fine", which of course I was. That week, she really took me under her wing, and showed me exactly what to do and how to do it. She really made me feel welcome, and before long, thanks to Alice, I was proficient in the tasks involved in taking care of patients who had just had joint replacement surgery.
