Bill Williams was a friend as well as my barber during the 1970's and 1980's. Having relocated from the urban corridor of Washington, D.C. to a (then) small town of State College, Bill helped me to navigate some of the differences that I was having a hard time adjusting to.
He will be remembered as a community-oriented man with a perpetually friendly disposition by his friends and customers alike.
May our Heavenly Father watch over Bill's soul's repose.
