CSM Orr taught me how to be a soldier. As a new 2nd Lieutenant, I was intimidated at times by this straight as an narrow soldier, who was always ready to help guide the new officers and soldiers. Dick was always a person I could go to for his counsel as my career in the Pennsylvania National guard progressed. Well done , old friend.
