I would like to offer my sincere condolences. May your hearts find comfort in God's Word where it states: "He will swallow up death forever, and the Lord will wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8) May your loved one awaken to a world where there will be peace, no sickness (Isaiah 33:24), and no more troubles (Revelation 21:4) throughout eternity (Psalm 37:29). May your hearts find comfort in the the wonderful hope found in the Bible, your family, friends and good memories at this time. My deepest sympathy to you.

Although I did not know your daughter personally, I have many colleagues at the Centre Crest community who are affected by her loss. In addition, many of my Bellefonte neighbors are familiar with your family and share your sadness. Most importantly, I extend my sincere sympathy to Kari's parents and family in the loss of their beloved daughter. I can only imagine the despair that you feel. You are in my thoughts and prayers. With love, Janice Whitaker

The journey doesn't end here. Death is just another path, one that we all must take. The grey rain-curtain of this world rolls back, and all turns to silver glass, and then you see it.
White shores, and beyond, a far green country under a swift sunrise.
Kari, in your version, there are kittens and peanut butter cups as far as the eye can see. I'll remember you always.

I am very sorry for your sudden loss. When a loved one dies we may wonder where we can go to receive comfort. Gods word the Bible offers a hope that can calm your grieving hearts. "And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." (Acts 24:15) God has promised to bring back to life those who have fallen asleep in death, giving us the opportunity to be with them again. The Bible also promises that the earth will be a paradise free of pain, suffering, and death. (Rev. 21:4) Although your loss is great, may this bring you some comfort durning this difficult time.

To Kari's Loved Ones,
Kari was one of my very first friends upon moving to Bellefonte in the sixth grade. She made me feel loved and accepted in a difficult time, and I will forever feel nothing but gratitude in my heart for that. Kari was one of the kindest and gentlest souls I have ever met. She loved to make others laugh and feel good about themselves in her company. Kari didn't have one single mean bone in her whole body...just an abundance of love and joy for everyone around her. Although we grew apart over the years, I never lost the feeling of fondness and nostalgia as I browsed through old childhood photos. She taught me to see the good in every moment.
I cannot even begin to imagine the pain you are feeling, but I send my deepest condolences for your loss. Kari was so loved and lucky to have you--and we were all so lucky to have her too.
Sending all my healing light, love and hugs for your family in her passing,
Rachel Krantz

I just saw the obituary, and my heart is broken. I am so, so sorry. I remember Kari as the sweetest girl ever. We have a picture of her in our home office. She was Rachel's close friend throughout middle and high school, and we always loved her. May she rest in God's loving arms. Our prayers are with you.

Jay, Deb & Mindy, words can not express the sorrow that we feel for all of you. Wen ever we would see her at the reunions over the years, Kari always had a smile on her face and you could see the love of life that she had. I know that her grandmother is watching over her now. God Bless you all.

I have a tradition I call the strength candle. To online friends who are struggling, I light a white candle by my computer to share strength with family and friends. Mindy, Deb, Jay and Maxine, know that my candle is lit with heartfelt love and strength. My personal love to all of you..
