I am so sorry for your loss. Losing someone in death is so devastating. May you find comfort in the promise God gives us at Acts 24:15 which says in part, "there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." God promises to not only remove death from the earth, but to resurrect those who have already died.

Dear Jeff and family,
We are so sad about Cheryl's passing. She and I had many walks together, shared our love of animals and singing many times but mainly, I will remember Cheryl's kindness to my dear Mother, Helen. I called Cheryl on her birthday just a bit ago and we had a good talk.
Had we heard in time, we would have returned to State College for her service.
Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
If able, please call me when convenient.
Love to all,
Sue & Mike

Dear Jeff and Matt,
I’m stunned to read of Cheryl’s passing. Although we have not been in touch lately, I still remember her on her Halloween birthday. We shared so many memories in CCS and our friendship beyond the concerts and rehearsals. She was a beautiful spirit. A voice like an angel and heart of gold.
Blessings to you.

You were a gift my dear Cheryl. From the time you asked for a photo of me when I was in Vietnam to Mom's funeral . The last time I saw you. I asked why you wanted the photo and you said you told all your friends I was your prom date. I miss you sweetheart ans will remember you always. Jeff and Mathew my deepest condolences to you and your families. Cheryl's cousin Bill.

Cheryl was the most wonderful Aunt anyone could have. She was kind, loving, and very talented. When she sat next to me at my father's (John Curl) funeral and sang Amazing Grace, I truly believed that is what the angels in heaven must sound like. From roller skating in her basement in Carmel, to having Matt, to marrying Jeffrey and gaining Sacha, Maya and Ezer to love, Cheryl loved her life. She patiently put up with grandma (Helen Bixler) trying on band uniforms she made while playing trumpet in high school and college and tried to teach me how to play guitar. I've been told she kept the peace when, as a toddler, I spent the night with grandma and Del and threw a chicken leg down the table at Del. I will miss Cheryl's handwritten letters and stories of the new animals that she had helped. My only Aunt I am proud to be your niece. Jeffrey, Matt, Sacha, Maya and Ezer, thank you for loving her so much. My most sincere condolences go out to you.
