Obituary of Larry Lee Odon
Larry Lee Odon, 62, of Port Matilda, died Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at home.
Born February 1, 1956, in Muncy, he was the son of the late William Henry and Thelma Randall Odon, Jr. On May 12, 1986 he married Sarah J. Pfleegor, who survives.
Also surviving is one daughter, Meghan G. Odon of Pittsburgh; three siblings, Mary Lou Bieber and her husband, Ron, of Montgomery, Peter Odon of Hughesville and Elizabeth Grimes and her husband, Don, of Gore, VA.
He was a 1974 graduate of Muncy High School. Larry was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army as an Infantryman in the 101st Airborne.
Larry was employed as an Equipment Operator for Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc.
He was of the Baptist faith.
Larry enjoyed hunting and was a nature enthusiast. He enjoyed riding four wheelers, had an appreciation for old cars and loved traveling.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m., on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton St., State College.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the funeral home with the Reverend Robert Rice officiating.
A private burial will be in Twin Hills Memorial Park, Montoursville.
