Obituary of Lee M. Myers
Lee M. Myers, 69, of Port Matilda, died Thursday, February 3, 2022, at home.
Born December 18, 1952, in Pottsville, he was the son of the late Charles and Lucille Crossley Myers. On June 4, 1977 he married Cynthia Repp, who survives.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Gregory L. Myers and his wife Emma Graham of Spruce Creek, Jessica L. Aldredge and her husband Russell of Dallas, TX, and Wesley Myers of Port Matilda; two siblings, Chuck Myers and his wife Paula of Sterling, VA, and Linda Eisenhower and her husband David of Black Mountain, NC; and two grandchildren, Hudson and Hayden Aldredge.
Lee earned his bachelor's degree in business and his master's degree in health policy administration, both from Penn State University. He worked as the Senior Executive Vice President of Operations at Geisinger.
If you knew Lee Myers, you knew his selfless heart. He was always the first person to lend a hand, and always went above and beyond for his friends and family. Whether he was golfing, enjoying his boat or taking a walk in the woods, he was always having a good time. He loved his family so deeply and was so proud to be Big D to his grandchildren. He had a long, successful career at Geisinger where he made friends with anyone he met. He was loved by so many.
Private services will be at the convenience of the family.
