When our mother passed, Terri was a huge help to our family, always available and always offering a kind word or assistance. Terry knew Real Estate-but always said her passion was helping people.
Please accept our condolences on her passing and know that we pray that with time -you will be able to realize what a positive impact she had on so many of us
Very respectfully
Doug Hunt

Terri was my first good friend that I made in State College 5 years ago. She was an absolute sweetheart, and made work fun. She was always there for our entire family. She sold our home. She helped us celebrate, pack and even clean up when moving. I miss her so dearly. Praying for the Verlinde, Pierce, and Steward families and our deepest condolences.

I was so sorry to hear of her passing. Although I had not seen her in person for several years, I remember her kindness and gentleness in particular. My sincerest condolences to the Verlinde family.
I have a very clear memory of Mrs. Verlinde teaching me how to blow a bubble gum bubble. (I must have been 5 or 6) I still do it exactly the way she taught me, 25 years later...

Sharing life in a neighborhood, on the same street, we all grieve when one of us departs. My heart goes out to Terri's family. We stand, sit, and pray with you, one and all.

Terri was one of the first people we met when we moved to State College, and she made the experience of moving as painless as possible. She had just written on Wednesday. We will miss her homeschool newsletter and the corny jokes. Our prayers are with the whole family. We are so sorry for your loss.

We’re so sorry to hear of Terri’s death! She had reached out to me recently after visiting the Presbyterian Church building in Bellefonte and talking with Ken. Terri and the family were actively involved in 4-H back when the kids were young… blessings and prayers to you all!

I am so shocked and saddened to her here this news. She just sent me a get well message not too long ago. She will surely be missed. You all were so kind to us when Jim's dad, Jack, would come to visit him many years ago.
