Ms. Dianne will be missed. She is one of the most generous people I have met. When I came to State College, she was sure to take care of me even though she didn’t know me. She only knew I was a new friend to her daughter, Delaney, at a time when Delaney wasn’t even living in town. She made sure I had everything I needed and that I didn’t feel alone in a new place. She gave me her precious time. My favorite memory was when we met at Meyer Dairy and she introduced me to her favorite item there—the Mexi Hot hotdog. We talked and laughed that day. She was one of the reasons I was made to feel like State College was a home to me. She let me know she would always be there if I needed anything.
