For several years, we have been doing Clyde's Strength Training for Seniors tape. We did it this am and thought of getting a new one and if possible, a dvd. Searching for info. we just found this about his passing, in 2012. We are shocked! We thought he would still be alive. He was a good man. Wish we had known him and actually been in his classes. Hope his family are all right. We will keep doing his vcr tape, but it is showing wear. Are there any available from 1996 or a newer dvd version? Clyde's exercises and comments are still good. The best of memories to you all.
