From everyone at ClearWater Conservancy, we send our deepest condolences to the Meyer Family. It was an honor to work with Joe and his family throughout the years to conserve the Meyer Farm and create what students from the nearby Friends School (pictured) lovingly named a 'forever farm.' Joe's whole-hearted commitment to his community will benefit future generations in so many ways, and we are so grateful for his work to preserve the health and character of our beautiful region for all. Thank you, Joe, you will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
State College/Centre County has lost one of the greats. Joe and Carolyn were the sweetest, humble, and most supportive people I have had the pleasure to know. I will cherish my memories as a child going to the store to eat ice cream/visit Joe with my dad, my time working at the dairy store for him, and later in life when my husband and I rented a home from him and would stop to visit with him when dropping off the rent check. My heart aches for your family.
